About
Signs and Symptoms of Serious Vitamin Deficiencies
|
|
The saying goes:
"A picture is worth a thousand words".
Hopefully this chart will be as useful.
Simply look for your symptoms to get an idea of which vitamin may
influence them.
Keep in mind that there are many
other reasons for these symptoms having one or more of them does not
necessarily mean you have a vitamin deficiency. Always
feel free to discuss you concern with any of our pharmacists.
